D2R (offline) Single Player - does facets/sunder charms works with traps now?

I have read that +% and -% enemy resistances mods (e.g. facets, sunder charms) now work with assassin traps in D2R. I have also read that it only works so on online/ladder.

Do you know if it also works offline?

I recently made a Phoenix shield and I am quite eager/curious to work out a fire trapsin.

IIRC that was fixed in patch 2.6 or 2.7.

I guess I could just do a run without infinity merc and see if wake of fire can kill monsters that otherwise would be fire immune while wearing flame rift sunder charm.

Edit: it worked! At least the -% enemy resistance part.
