Circlets and sockets

I've read somewhere about the number of sockets u get when using act 5 Q1 reward. I know that it depends on item type (plain, magical, rare, set or unique) But I forgot where to find this info.
Now I want to add sockets to a rare circlet (yellow one) using this quest reward. How many sockets I will get there?

Magical items = 1 or 2 sockets (50% chance) @ Lazurk
Rare/Set/Unique = 1 sockets @ Lazurk

Plain items usually get maximum number of sockets unless their ilvl is 40 or lower, then they get soockets according to table here: http://www.purediablo.com/items/sockets-list.shtml

It exists aswell, Artisan's or Jeweler's prefix adds 3 sockets into a circlet. But that's the only way to get 3 sockets into a magical circlet.

Note that the circlet socket count in the link given above by Leo is incorrect. It should read:

Circlet		1		2		2
Coronent	1		2		2
Tiara		1		2		3
Diadem		1		2		3

Only Tiaras and Diadems can get 3 sockets.
