Can Grinding and Fools spawn together?

i think they can, could anyone explain it to me?

no they can't. they are both in the same affix group.

It's in same affix group, that's why I wanted to know why both could spawn together(on the same item).

they CANNOT both spawn on the same weapon.

Fool's is in the ed%/ar group, Grinding is in the ed% only group. They can spawn together, but note that no ed% can spawn on that weapon then.

Yes they can spawn together, I have one.
