BvC: How do they max their resistance?

BvC: How do they max their resistance?

I don't get it, how does BvCs max their resistance without any specific resistance gears?

I'm planning to build one (I have the funding to get the standard gears, no 3/20/20 yet) but really like to know how BvC troubleshoot their resistance issues. The ones I met said they maxed out their resistance even with anya quest, and without additional charms... how?

BvC's should have max res, at all costs.

Natural Resistances, Anni, Torch, Quests, and Um'ed Arreat's is what I used for max res.

Rare boots can help. Rares still spawn with Tri Res these days. You'll need Cold and Lightning the most of all.

Also, Fade prebuff from Treachery, if you're really desperate.

depending on what gear u use will be a big factor. a good bvc usually uses coa + imps and some fcr rings with res. then anni, anya, torch and maybe 5 pts natural res will finish off the rest.

Is COA a good choice for BvC? DR isn't really an issue is it? (other than wind druids) + COA has a high strength requirment + you can have more resists with umed arreats + the extra skills.

For ladder players, 20 life 11 CR/LR/FR scs will work nicely. :jig:

CoA is not a must, but very nice to have. (especially high resist Ber Ber'd) They guarantee your win against other BvC without max DR, and you'll stand a better chance against good smiters. :hanky:

i have max resist using 29 coa, highlords, ~45 ressit all boots, 15resist anni, 17 resist torch, 1x 5fhr/4resist all sc + 3x 5fhr/11 lite resist scs, few points in nat resist.

cold resist dun really matter, psn not much of a factor either. bout 10ish stacked fire resist and alot for lite.

max res is only needed for duelin sorc,foher, trapper
and also there is sorb

now i dont have all my res maxed but i really well compensate by using metal grid (against sorc only ) against traper tgod is just enough, and for foher more specialized gear is needed.
