Get with the times, people finally figured out that DCs suck, and for someone who can afford about anything you've suggested some really stupid stuff.
Anyway, bear in mind that a glitched eth zerk (for glitched last wish) will cost upwards of 60HRs =\. If you're still up for that, here's my suggestion:
Wep: Glitched eth LW zerk.
Armor: Eth upped shaft+ zod. A high fort is also viable if you're more interested in damage.
Helm: ber+cham COA or ber'd kira's (coa has better def, kiras has better res if that matters to you)
Ammy/Rings: 2x angelics for max AR.
Belt: TGods. You don't need more DR, and tgods adds more str and vit than you could hope to get with a dungos. Alternatively, you could use IK belt and gloves for the massive +str and dex and 25% ias.
Gloves: Magnus's skin (100 ar 20% ias and fire res) or ik gloves (higher def, 20 str and dex, 25% ias). Absolutely NOT rends. 60% dmg only adds to the 5489769382 +%dmg from zeal fana and fort if you're wearing it.
Boots: Gores. Little bit of critical strike is great. Open wounds really couldn't matter less in a duel that ends in 2 hits.
Shield: Eth exile vortex. If you're truly rich you can get a glitched one with some stupid high def.
Now, the basic premise of this build is to max out your def and AR. If you're using that LW and a fort, you'll have stupid high dmg and probably 1 hit pk anything you actually hit. This is why the AR and def is of utmost importance. Max out on pcombat GCs, since they add AR, dmg, AND def and blocking with holy shield. Your goal is to hit as often as possible while not being hit, and that's pretty much all that matters in zeal duels. Whoever gets hit twice loses. LW+exile will give you 20% life tap, which is 2x as much as any other zealot will have, which will also help you greatly.
