Budget Smiter Question

Hello folks,

I'm currently putting together a very cheap smiter build, and I was wondering which set-up to go with. Here are my choices:

Helm: Guillaumes
Ammy: Cats Eye
Armour: Duress
Weapon: Shael'ed Wizspike
Boots: Goblin Toe
Gloves: Draculs

OR

Helm: Guillaumes
Ammy: Highlords
Armour: Smoke
Weapon: Stormlash
Boots: Goblin Toe
Gloves: Draculs

So what's your opinion on this? I'm leaning towards the wizspike/duress combo for the res.

Helm: Guillaumes
Ammy: Anything with resistance
Armor: Treachery (imo, you are gonna get hit so much your fade will be on all the time)
Weapon: Stormlash (since you have it)
Gloves: Draculs
Boots: Goblin Toe/Gore rider
Switch Weapon: Lifetap wand

any nice res base pally shield with 4x pdiamonds in it (assuming this is for ubers)
