I found a gc from hell meph, and im wondering what lvl is it, and what can i possible role? Thanks.

Well, you won't be able to get the 40+ life mod from it. Those only come from Baal, Nilly and Diablo. :undecided:

Mephisto is mlvl 87, so the charm is ilvl 87. It's nothing special.

Hell meph is mlvl = 87, so that charm has ilvl = 87.

This page from the Arreat Summit lists all possible affixes for grand charms. Any affix with alvl <= 87 can spawn on that charm of yours.

The alvls can be found in the right most column on that page. For example, Large Charm(15) means that the affix "Red" has an alvl = 15, so it can spawn when you reroll that charm.
