Belt with Prevent Monster Heal
I just found Hwain's belt which has prevent monster heal. How does this work in a belt? Do I need to hit the monster still to prevent the heal, or is it essentially an area effect? What if one of my minions (I'm a fishymance with no hopes of landing a hit in Hell) hit the monster, will it carry over?
I'd like to keep the belt, even with only 12 spots, if the PMH works for me. IF not, that I'll roll back to my battle bell with high RES.
