Can someone tell me what each build is good for?

Frenzy is best for ubers. Other than that they're all good for killing things.

Woah, never would've guessed the builds were actually for killing things! *sarcasm but not mean sarcasm*

Oh, they all use melee equipment (other than bow/throwing) and most of the time are based on 1 or more skills.

Basically read the guides and find out what they are used for.
