RL: Debating shopping. Weekend before xmas. Yeah. I maintain that a supermarket car park before xmas is one of the most dangerous places to be.

D2: Still tidying characters. I hate deleting them but I will have to steel myself because 20 under 30's is silly.

@Thyiad: Why not finish your shopping in November next year? That's what I did this year. No regrets. And... wouldn't a better route for those poor chars be completion rather than deletion?

RL: Back at work after sleeping for 13 hours at my gf's earlier. And I'm still tired. Since I didn't do any Christmas shopping this weekend, I'm taking Monday off from work! Oh, and my idiotic roommates just dropped $900 on a new flat panel 40-something inch HD TV. They love it, of course. I don't know why I can't be happy for them, but it seems like such a waste of money to me. Whatever, they didn't ask for any cash from me, and I'll still be using it, so gg I guess. ...I need more

D2: I might get some play time in today, if I don't spend a good chunk of the day looking for new music. We'll see.

RL: Will be going to bed soon (1:20 AM on Sunday here). I'm finally starting to feel better from being sick the past few days. A friend of mine is coming over tomorrow to play video games and watch (American) football.

D2: Goto A LOT of play time in on my new MF sorc(Blizzballer) yesterday. Took her from 21 to 61 and she's in Act V of NM. I'm hoping Blizz doesn't lose too much because I have to synergise fireball as well, but it doesn't seem like Hell is going to be too difficult.

D2: Running RoF. I might try rolling a new map today, those bosspacks are causing me serious trouble. I had a terrible NDE yesterday.

D2: Switched to /p5 after 2000 /p3 RoF runs. Will see if it's more worthwhile...

@Krovak: Ah, I know exactly what you mean. Yesterday, I had 3 bosspacks: Fanatiscm Extra Fast Blunderbore, Might Extra Strong Megademons and another one I don't remember. Also pretty nasty are Conviction megademons.
Because of those bosses I run RoF with a Guardian Angel Hammerdin and Naj's Puzzler...my sorc wouldn't last 10 seconds and couldn't kill anything at player settings above 3...

RL: Deadline for my evolutionary computing project is today, so I'll be working most of the day finishing my report I guess...

D2: If i have any time left, I'll be continuing Baaling with my 1.09 sorc, praying to god I find a better armour than Wealth for once. (preferably tal's armour... but since I don't even have the belt or orb yet, it seems unlikely)


@RoF runners... I've tried running it once or twice, but it just seems too bloody scary, especially when compared to the breeze that is LK, and considering my only viable chars for running it would be sorcs.

D2: I might actually fire it up in the next day or two...haven't been playing at all these past two weeks. Perhaps the occasional break gives Pindle a chance to restock the store.

RL: Looking forward to Sunday Night Football. Carolina Panthers (11-3) playing the New York Giants (11-3) so it should be a good match up.

RL: Enjoying the holidays. Done my shopping already, too.

D2: I've switched back from Median XL to good old regular LoD. Even if it's an amazing mod, it's still just a mod. Overall it just kind of clashed with how I like playing Diablo 2. So I started up my Phoenix Striker assassin, with focus to the Chaos Frozen Orb and Blades of Ice, to give it a bit of a twist.

D2: Tearing myself away from Left 4 Dead long enough to continue working on my Assassin build, which will focus around Blade fury, and actually wear claws (this IS an Assasin, after all). :smile:

RL: Work is horrible. All the new trainees there not only know eachother but also know a lot of people that have been there for a few months, which means that the store degenerates into a gosh-darn youth club and my wife and I (both managers) work twice as hard, including fixing their mistakes when they actually try and do work.

D2: No. Been thinking about a HC character but I'm far too wound up and stressed.

OVG: Fallout 3 on 360. It's slow progress though, stupid Pinkerton!

Oh wait, that's me?! :cloud9: Thank you everybody! Yep, happy that I've turned 21 yesterday. Well, can't remember the first time I turned 21, so hopefully I'll remember turning 21 the second time around! :crazyeyes:

Got a new comfy chair from the wife to sit in while playing D2 to go with my new computer desk as well as some Sennheiser head cans so I can play d2 late at night without keeping her awake. Very d2 orientated pressies.

RL: Pretty hectic with xmas shopping and getting organized at work for the shut down. Have to get the yard cleaned up ready for xmas bbq at my place!

D2: Busy rushing just a few more mules thru for hell forge runes. Need just a couple more Gul's for my current top secret pally project who is level 76 in act one Hell.

RL: Mad dash towards Christmas. Still need to get a last present or two tonight. Sigh.

D2: Great weekend actually. Finished my poison mancer and then typed out a huge pat thread only to close the browser accidentally after being distracted before I had posted it. Also re-equiped my blizzard sorc and ran AT a bit and then remembered the mini-RoF-MFO. Took me about 30 minutes to get my novaorb sorc re-equiped with heavy safety gear and a HF merc and then rolled a RoF map. Ran about 100 times with maybe 15% of those being abandoned for both or just 1 chest. Monsters can be scary and my little lvl 81 nova orb sorc can't really kill much at P5 in the RoF. Best find was a Shael.
