4 Soc Crystal Sword

I totally forgot if I will get 4 socs (with soc. quest) on a white crystal sword that drops in normal cow game. Can an expert confirm this for me please or where to find one that will get 4 socs?

Larzuk will always add four sockets to a Crystal Sword if its ilvl is 26 to 40. I'm not sure what level Normal cows are, but the Moo Moo Farm has an area level of 28, so the cows are probably at least level 26. All normal monsters in Act 1 Nightmare, from Blood Moor to Black Marsh, will drop a Crystal Sword of your required ilvl (assuming they can drop a Crystal Sword in the first place).

Normal hell bovines are lvl 28, so that crystal sword will indeed get 4 sox from larzuk, and have a 50% chance in the cube.
