almost. It also had +2 cyclone armorLOL if you dropped a 2druid or 3ele 3nado 27life pelt, you suck.

I was agreeing with you, then scrolled down the comments to see that a few people suggest (Source: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Celestial_Tower#Trivia) that it is based on that CT song. It does sound exactly like it.. though the CT track is better

Ouuu, council dropped an improvement for my 1.07 barb's rogue. Went from a 4os composite bow w/ amp dmg to a higher base dmg bow with poison dmg prefix. this is more or less exactly the kind of improvement I wanted . I would ahve been very mad if it didn't get 4 sockets

Good filler merc weapon. But usually my mercs carry a weapon with a purpose (reapers-->decrep, cresentmoon-->static, something with random aura, etc.)

Decided to make a new blizzsorc to run in the RFO. Normal Baal dropped her Arctic Furs + Tancred's Hobnails in the same drop, which was cool, but her luck didn't end there.
NM and Hell forges were each max. Vex from NM Pindle, then two Guls while doing test Council runs.
She was okay at the runs (~37 sec avg at p3 for the hour or so I ran with her) but CI members were just too annoying so I elected to spend a bunch of runes and disappoint myself, instead. Yay!
Jah, Ber and Lo were all from AT. Second Lo was crafted up from 2 Vexes and an Ohm. Had to cube Ums into Mals, as well. Took the barb for a spin and this dropped after just a few runs.
In before literal zero runes drop for me in RFO.
