My distaste for his responses today was made clear earlier, and I already thought he was scum yesterday.

Not sure about prosecute. None of the available people have really contributed much to give us something to go on.

Gory is indeed acting a bit strange, but that will likely need to wait until tomorrow to fully flesh out whether it's scum behavior or not.

I'm not really sure on this whole prosecution thingy, as the people up for prosecution wouldn't be my fist picks.

franklin, coju and solar votes cdm quickly after each other pretty much without (sharing) any reasoning, which I find odd and a tad suspicious.
Noodle and BA started their usual banter and apparently turned it into some semi-serious baseless case.
I really have no read on BPC.
However, omg has by far been the most useless player this game. I can't remember who brought it up, but somebody speculated that he might be faking some sort of restriction/VI role like he did in the south park game, which I don't think is an entirely impossible scenario. Another possible scenario is that omg is just being omg, which I however find much more likely. In any case I would like to see what he has to say about the game so far.

Occam's Razor, just gonna take it that he does have a freeze gun. Although it's weird that the investigation read-out would reveal weapons, since quite a few Batman villains tend to not have a weapon.

I don't like Gory's behaviour. I don't think I have seen him posting pics in a game thread before and his "attempt" at defending Mal was so weak that it basically screamed "lynch me next". A town Gory wouldn't act that stupid.

I see no reason to distrust DJ's result and lynching mal is pretty much a necessity. Even if he had actually made a just somewhat useful defense, I see few situations where lynching him wouldn't be the best option. If you are town (which I'm pretty darn certain you're not), it's claim time...

AAAAND- dj, if you really are a sane town rolecop, then why would you claim so early? wouldnt youwait till you had more infoirmation first? because now i highly doubt you will survive very long in this game, and not be very helkpful to the town.

and as we all know- rolecop is a role usually given to the mafia, while town cops get alignment cops.
This makes me think that you looked around your scum-buddies, saw that you were missing the iconic villian Mr Freeze, and decided to claim rolecop so you could get an easy townie lynch today. you even chose a relatively weak player like me so it would be easier to convince the rest of the town to get me....

So you are of the opinion that CDM is town. How do you feel about the other candidates?
Think about what dj has said, and the results make a ton of sense actually.

Upon first reading I didn't see a defence of Mal. Maybe I didn't read carefully enough. And he's defending "so hard", I'm going to have to read back and see if that's the case when I'm at my comp

VI is certainly a possibility, but then it seem too obvious that he wants to get lynched. Why would he be so obvious with pics and his defense of Mal? He could achieve his goal as a VI with being less obvious. I just have an uneasy feeling about him. Something is not quite right.

He didn't claim to know your role. He claimed to know your action made the previous phase. You shout "Role cop" without addressing what a Role Cop does. Give it up, you were caught and now you must pay.

Bold statement, but made with the sole purpose to shift the direction of the discussion. I'm not certain that you are mafia, but you're the best bet for today's lynch. If you turn town, then we have a locked down scum in Djmbbandie.

Here is an issue I have with these replies. Taken alone, reply number 3 is something that I can agree with. Take each of these replies alone and I can agree with them. But when looked as a whole, and looked at the fact that the same player was the subject of these replies I am left with an uneasy feeling.

In the first reply you describe Malevolent's action as being driven by definite despair. No arguments from me. Straight to the point and very likely correct. In the second you state "Give it up, you were caught and now you must pay". Agreed again.

But then in the third reply you are not certain that he is Mafia? Why not, given that both of the previous replies point in the direction that you are firmly in the "Mal is Scum" camp?

You also say in reply 1 that you cannot believe that Malevolent believes that Djmbbandie bussing him will work, reading to me that you also cannot that this is a bus as well, yet leave an option that Djmbbandie is Mafia in point 3. Contradiction or am I reading too much into this?
