Wealth, made from Lem + Ko + Tir, in that order. This works in all types of Body Armor. The +12% max durability is from it being Superior Mage Plate. Possible in v1.08 and above.
People are now using 4 perfect topaz armor for their +MF kits, and that's 96%, almost equal to this one, but with this you get the huge 300% gold, as well as +Dex and +2 mana per kill. Wealth clearly beats 4 P. Topaz armor, but finding these Runes is going to take you longer than the four gems. You can see this character has the full +MF going, with a Tarnhelm and Gull as well.
