Incredible list of mods here, but with 6 runes, and Dol and Vex both very rare, you'd expect quite a lot, and you get it. Enormous resistance, +2 to all skills, huge damage, mana leech, etc. The only bad part is the hit causes monster to flee, but it's only 25%, so for all the rest you could probably get over that.
