Questions - Why does it say 'Very Slow Attack Speed'? -Isn't this runeword supposed to increase the attack speed by 35%? -Is this just a visual typo or are these Scissors actually this slow when you use them? (For reference Elite Scissors have base speed of -20 (Very Fast Attack Speed) so 35% faster should put them at -27.3)
