MSLE stands for Multi Shot Lightning Enchanted. In earlier versions of the game, this mod could spawn on unique monsters.(before 1.10). Since LE monsters give out dangerous charged bolts upon being struck and the MS causes the number to be multiplied by 3, these type of monsters could VERY easily take down a player. The 1.10 patch has made this less dangerous.
