| Large charms are almost as popular as small charms in the fact that the bonus gained from it is almost immediate and substantial. Moreover, there are unique mods with bigger bonuses that small and medium charm can’t provide on grand charms. The most significant bonus is +1 skill to specific tree of specific characters. Charms with +1 skill, depending on which skill tree, can be really valuable and is traded for fairly good items.
| | Grand charms all require 1x3 spaces in the inventory. These charms can not compare to small or large charms in most mods, but the fact that +1 to skill tree mods only appear on grand charms makes them quite sought after by some characters. |
| | |
| The +skill charms are usually better suited for classes that depends on skill level itself rather than stat points and bonus from the skills. One good example is a sorceress, whose damage is proportional to how much skill points is invested / added on her skills.

| Some of the bonuses gained from large charm is bested by 3 small charms of same type. One example is poison damage. As almost all small charms spawn with same modifier with same duration and damage. When grand charms spawn with anything larger than 150+ poison damage, the duration will be always larger than 10 seconds, cutting the damage / second down by significant amount. Other such bonuses include resistance, attack rating, +% faster walk and run and hit recovery.
