Zod Rune Drop?

Has anyone ever seen or heard about a Zod rune dropping??? It seems darn near impossible, but with all the people who play this game and the forums as a medium to discuss it, one person out there may have been "struck" with the luck...

Yes. One person has actually seen it drop in-game... THRICE! (only one is his)

Obviously, the rest of the forum hates the Zod owners.
