I have just made my own ghost assassin and i love it except I need to find a way to get more mana. Should I use a merc with insight? or try to get some sort of mana leech ring? Any suggestions would be helpful.

is your ghost pvp?^^


ways to increase your mana are getting high mana on fc ring, circ or take some life/mana scs.
I find ~600 mana are ok for comfortable play in pvp.

/leech doesnt really work in pvp and mercs die fast and are considered bm by most

I find that i get by with 460-580 which i have in most cases. but when i get under 300 mana when using certain setups, i pot like a madman.


still i need to find a new amulet, my 1 shadow 15 fcr plain one aint the best around :evil:

edit: Aint many Ghosts on NL euro (:

Well of course it's a pvp ghost :P, but i would like to do a little bit of pvm and i'm noticing i have terrible mana efficiency.

just dont use it on pvm. you also would need DS in pvm and your claws break very fast.

So, i've just remade my Ghost, and i quite like it, need some more lvls though.


Im a Venom/OW variant and here is my setup


CoA 2 socket 15@/15 ias and -15 req/15@ res

Enigma Gothic plate(STYLE PEOPLE! STYLE)

Chaos GT : 2 mb, 2 df, 3 cbs

Fury Runic talons(i love them ) 3 fade, 3 mb, 15 ed

10 fcr 9 str 15 dex+ resi ring

raven 20/2xx

Waterwalks/Tri res boots

1/15 + crap adds shadow amulet( I know this can be improved, just cant find a 2 or 1 assa one..)


aslo 35+ lifers shadow gcs, and some 20/res and 20/ar scs :)
Here is my Stats:


4,2k life
560 mana
2-3,8k ww dmg
61% clawblock
6,5k ar( depends on setup)
at lvl 90!

i aslo have 30 unused stat points :)


So how does she look?(:

Holy hell. I was making the perfect ghost. I just deleted her on accident. Holy hell. I had perfect everything, torch, enigma, charms, cta, shadow dancers, the best rare circlet and rings i could possibly find anywhere. All i need for her to be complete was aperfect chaos and one more Gc. wow.

i've been told this build is not good for PVM, but i still LOVE the style of play. what can i change to make this build legit for PVM, or do you guys think this build is actually good for PVM?

No, I've tried and it really sucks in PvM. It might work if you focus more on traps, but then it's not a Ghost anymore :rolleyes:

Is a Runic Talon with +1 Shadow Master, +2 Blade Shield, +1 Mind Blast a viable option to make Chaos with? I'm not one to hunt around for the "perfect" item to make something in, so if that's good enough I'm thinking about just making it in that.

If I can get a better claw within two weeks then I'll probably do it in that. Or would it be better to make Fury in it?

I traded for a +2 Venom +2 Mind Blast +1 LS Runic Talon. Definitely going to make it into that one. I don't have that many more items to hunt to make an average player's Ghost Assassin. Can't wait to start PvPing.
