WW and block

Is block divided by 3 during whirlwind, like it happens in running? Or is this the "full" chance of block? Does this chance of block include the +chance of block from items (like twitchthroe armor)?

Yes, chance to block includes that granted by items when displayed by the character screen. And as far as I know when using WW you've still got your full block, but perhaps someone that has tested it can confirm it.
