Wolfbarbs-The ultimate guide (Revised verson)

This post is just for those who havent noticed. On the guide there are 3 links to a Wereform speed calculator it is hyper linked in a red text "Here". I didn't list the ias speed tables on the guide becuase there is just simply too many so instead I have it linked so for those who have a specfic weapon in mind can go there and find out exactly how much ias they need and want and the FHR and FBR bp calcs are on the same site too. Just wanted to clarify this.

probably a stupid idea to you guys.

i was thinking... maybe a few of us wolfbarbs could get together on d2 sometime...? anyone who's interested let me know. my account name is xanth-1, if im not on there, i'll be on Demonic-Chaos. Or, you can just let me know on here. just figured it'd be kinda fun. any feedback on this issue would be appreciated. thanks.

Best mercenary for a Wolfbarb would definatly be th act 2 ones, almost all of them are good and Might merc being the best.

Well the way I did it was, use low level gear till lvl 24, get rushed and then level some to 30+ by norm baals. At Nightmare (Still using Normal Attack.) I usually stick around A1/A2 with better gear killing till I get to level 44. Once then after I leech in Nightmare Baal runs till level 64 then get rushed again, and leech in Hell Baal runs till I can wear my Wolfhowl. After all that your Wolfbarb would be almost ready, and yes its rather a painful process at the start but the results is worth it.

Honestly, no. The reason being is becuase the ias on the weapon is insuficient for a Wolfbarb whihc is 8 frames. The fanaticsm adds little damage/AR, the skills bonus on the weapon can easily be acquired or replaced by a HoTO, and the damage is insuificient for its speed. A BoTD Zerker would prove better use than this since it has the same speed but WAY more damage and 30 all stats. So, to me Beast is not all that.

I'm in the midst of polishing off my PvP Zerker (loads of fun) and I just made my first eBoTD Zerker this morning. Who knows, if the barb doesn't work out to my liking, I think the next build for me is this. Just wondering if the Zerker is still a good option for this build (I like the Gris caddy too, though). Sorry in advance if this has already been asked.
 
Sure you could use an eBoTD Berserker Axe, however keep in mind sometimes in PvP depending who you fight an 8 frame attack might not cut it since it is interuptable. The damage is great on it and it is really a matter of preferance. I suggest you try a few different types of weapons see which you like best (Of course not maxing a mastery yet.) personally I found Grisworld's Caducues to be the best weapon of my choice.

my new wolfbarb

i am thinking about making a wolfbarb as my next char and i have been reading alot of the replies. so i was wondering what the best endgame gear would be.
 
Try the second page; Zero listed his gear there (and IMO looks pretty awesome). I'll look in previous posts to see where you duel, because I'd love to see you in action!

8 Frame Feral Rage? OK; what is the optimal FPA for Feral Rage? 6 or 5? I remember making a Fire Claws/Rabies druid with a 4 FPA Fire Claw Bear. It was hilarious fun going that fast!

Does anyone have a set up Wolfbarb on USWest SC NL for me to have a few duels with?
