Can I wield two weapons and use feral rage?
What charms are best to use? Do shapeshifter charms help the skills on the helm?

1) You can, but only the main weapon will be used. A good off-hand weapon is Beast, because it grants +str and Fanaticism aura. You wont be hitting with it, though.

2) No, Shapeshifter charms do not increase the Wolf/Lycan/Feral skills, just as a +3 Warcry Ammy doesn't help BO. No dice.

AR/Life charms would be best, AR/Max/Life would also be good. Resist/Life charms are also good to fill up your resists.

3) No. But they're nice.

4) Not as good as a combo of other gear. The boots are OK, the armour is junk and the weapon... is even worse...
