If you need another ~70% AR on your Barbarian, then it might be worth something to someone who's after the additional AR.

Otherwise, it's completely outshadowed by Arreat's Face/Crown of Ages.

yeee i could use that since my AR is only 3000 atm lol
but id still prefer a arreats face
