Who can drop Azurewrath?

I am curious as to who can drop the Azurewrath? I have read conflicting things and want to know the straight scoop. Any help is much appreciated.

nithalek, coldworm the burrower, the bosses that protect diablo seals, the superunqiues that baal spawns, hephasto, battlemaid serina and icehawk riftwing, as well as baal, diablo and meph.
theres other unqiues and regualrs that can, but that is the full list of superuniques according to ATMA. all in hell of course.

What about pit super uniques?

Can the Super Uniques in the pit hell level also drop it?

Azurewrath can be dropped by champs/uniques in all lvl 85 areas, by uniques in all lvl 84 areas and hell Meph/Diablo/Baal
