More seriously:
Pretty much anywhere from Act3 Nightmare forwards. Good luck with that though.

By the way, 20/17 and 20/11 are clear to me, but what's 20/5? If it's what I think it is, it doesn't exist.

Ah, I was thinking 20 life & 5 FHR together - which doesn't exist. My bad.

5 @res/20 life is also basically any time after entering Act3 Nightmare.

Play around a bit with the German affix calculator. I would have to do the same in order to figure it out, so you can do that instead

Im thinking cowruns, but can't find monster lvls on arreat and they dont seem to exist in the online drop calculator someone posted here on the forums.
