when 1.13 will be live, my 1.12 chars = non-ladder?

so when 1.13 is gonna go live (not beta) all 1.12 chars will become non-ladder, right?

Assuming a ladder reset accompanies the final release (which is most likely), then yes, all old chars will be shifted to NL.

I think a while back they said they do intend to reset the ladder at the same time 1.13 goes live.
