Hi,
i have an almost perfect 4os ap armor (off by 4 points i believe). i was wondering if i should make it fort ap or coh ap. And which one has a higher sales value?

I'd make Fort due to it being Ladder only.

Chains of Honor has a higher resale value, but also a higher initial cost. Depends on what you want, in general more characters use coh than fort.
