I'm also afraid that they will focus on D4 - but D2R asks for an extra act, additional items - anyone heard any rumors about this?

The only change i want is an auto-body pick up when you're trying to get your corpse after a traumatizing death haha. Would save lots of second Deaths in many realms i believe..
More stages and monsters would be great, other rare and uniques sure. Mods like Median XL have shown some of the variety that can come in monster types, and other areas. The mod pushed other things way over the top which I wouldn't recommend but just borrow from that on monster variety and add some more areas.
