D2 What is the highest possible defense rating?

I've finished my other D2 character challenges, and I'm thinking about the toughest(not the strongest) character I can. I'm thinking Barbarian, with max in Iron Skin and Natural Resistance. I would get a troll nest for a sheild, but I would make sure that it is the highest defense of 173. Same with Sacred Armor, and all of the other highest defense items. I'm not sure what the highest enhanced defence is for special properties, but I would get that on everything. Min strength to wear it all, rest in dex(?). I'm open to suggestions, this is a rough sketch. What else do I add?

base strength of the Paladin = 8917. Adding the Exile vortex shield [eglitched] = 9554.

Barbarian might have some gimmick to go the highest potentially, but he's probably not going to be able to do it while doing the same damage the Paladin probably would.
