What are the best drops you've had recently?

Just to get off the topic of dupes, scammers, warm fuzzies, patches, ladder resets and stuff.

Who's had any good drops lately? I'm low level and my best drop in my short time on bnet has been the IK boots.
 
Good drops? Hmm... Well, I found Giant skull today. Not "Yeah!", but "Well..." at least. Was the first one I found. Other than that I think it is IK-armor or Crown of ages last week (or was it two weeks ago?).
 
Since the "ruststorm" I've found my best stuff ever. I found my first SOJ ever in all the years I've been playing. Then I found LoH and a Shako. Maybe not really great stuff to others, but these by far surpass the usual junk I find. :clap:
 
I found a few set items IDed rigth out side the act 1 town. Some Ik boots and sig shield. Someone also yelled at me for em back. If they are on the ground then they are to the first person who picks them up.
 
was rushin a friend of mine in nm act 4 today with my 92 hammerdin, killed some guy near lord de sies, drops a GC. I keep goin killin, and jus b4 i finish and am about to go after D i run over and grab it (this is like 2 mins after it dropped) turns out to be a pally combat GC with 4 dex :winner:
 
Nice finds everyone :) that's great to here how everyone is doing, i myself have been in a slump lately.. i used to be very in to mf so it seemed like i was finding stuff a great deal of the time (but in reality it was me just doing runs so eventually something good would happen) Lately PVP has grabbed my attention playing with my melee sorc, i cant keep my attention on pit runs for more than 5 runs so i haven't found anything that useful lately-- althouhg i guess the greatness of the item is in the eyes of the beholder, ive played for long enough that IK armor doesnt excite me anymore really :) But nonetheless ill keep going back and forth with mf and PVP (lvling a new pala so i need to aquire the needed eq) so good luck with everyone's finds in the future and I'll be checkin up on this thread to see how everyone is doin with their item finding
 
A few days ago I dusted off my ladder sorc that had been dormant since a month or so after the patch. Level 69, stuck at the start of hell, with terrible gear. I get some help from a few friends and manage to make it to act 2 and start running the ancient tunnels (cold sorc). Within the first 15-20 runs, there it was.....

My first elite unique and first ladder-only item, now my sorc has a 26/40/36 death's fathom to go with her goldskin/3potpaz crown/other rare and magic gear. :D
 
Hey now you never know when you can use some bolts :), lately im slowly starting to come out of my slump.. i'm getting glimpses of almost-good items
Like rare laquered, sacreds, rare corona's etc.. It's fun to see the name until you see the color.. curse the color..
 
Yesterday when doing few Mephisto runs with my badly equipped meteor+FB+Orb sorc, seemed that the drop was average and then I pretty much froze for about 5 seconds staring at the screen unable to believe what I saw:

The highest rune I had ever found before was Vex and now this. Maybe I should go out and fill that lottely coupon...

And as for trading there is no way I'm going to trade this away. Now I just have to get lucky again in order to put that rune into use on runeword and find the remaining missing runes...
 
Wow ghist nice find! meph and the surrounding area has given me a few good runes, namely OHM from a chest.. and yes i second that freezing works on players as well.. followed by a victory dance all around my room (no not literally) but wow it felt great, then to boot the next few days i found a vex off pindle and a vex in cows.. haven't had a rune over lem since :) figures
 
I wish I'd been playing on Bnet for longer. I used to play LAN games with friends and we had some cool stuff. My Cold Sorc had a wizardspike, one of us had th IK set minus the armour, we had most of Tal Rasha's and a Delirium ,and there was lots of other stuff which I forget now. Oh well...
 
an eth bonesnap with 252% ED and i upgraded all the way and ended up getting crazy damage and some ww druid bought it for an ist or something like that.
 
Did my Nightmare Hellforge and got a Lum. Could have hoped for better huh?
Oh, and Cham is just ridiculous. WOW :surprise:
 
This nearly blew my mind. I kileld nm meph and he dropped 4 uniques. I nearly fell out of my chair. String of Ears, Silks of the Victor, Shaftstop, and Kinmel's(sp?) Awl.
Of course, just as I was picking up the shaftstop I get everyone's best friend, the connection interupted. :grrr:
I did manage to salvage the string and silks though, so I wasn't too upset.
On a side note, what causes those anyways? I was still online and nothing else seemed to be lagging, just D2.
