Have you dedicated your self to a mastery yet? If you have and axe is your choice, then follow me around. It seems that i come across atleast 1 if not 2 yellow Small Cresents. There is the ETH small cresent as well. Wait a tic, we didnt make oath yet, or did we?

And if you bring your barb into uber trist then I will loan you the bo sticks i have as having me in there as well would be adding difficulty for no valid reason. And since we are untwinked, there would be no reason to make it any harder than it already is.

In terms of Trist, I see no reason why you shouldn't be there...? Sure the difficulty will increase in Player x, however, I doubt this is going to be anything similar to my smiter in Trist anyway. Additionally, low level Howl... is shall we say... pathetic. I would often run my Singer (lvl 4X-5X Howl) and smiter in tandem when doing Trist for people. The darn thing would blast the entire screen and scare everything away... A low level one will not. I suspect, unless we would like to get overwhelmed - 2 folks howling together wouldn't be that bad.

last night was quite a funny scene. i cursed out emar thinking she was someone else. then had a verbal 'fight' with the person whom i thought emar was (confusing?). then as i was getting spambotted, kossil, SaM, and I did some hellforges and I scored an ist with my firesorc. apparently one of the mules dropped another gul, so our exile is ready to be made!!!

since someone felt the need to spambot me all night <cough> xenon <cough> <cough> third party program user <cough> i decided id call it a night early and study for my LSATs with my girlfriend as she watched Entourage, i dont know how i would survive without tivo. =)

Don't forget about the mini ubers and pallies have no business walking uber izzul (sp). We will still need sorc and the like for the minis. This will be a whole corrdinated team effort. Ohhhh my stomach get giddy thinking of the well planned out machine effort involved.

Since the plan includes most pallies and I am one I would like to pick a pretermined time to do tis to make sure I am there. I also want to make sure I have just leveled and am not 95% of the way to next level...heh. Just my vote on corrdination. I also need the new MOBO since my old machine is too slow for uber trist. Just too many moving objects on screen for the old 933 boy to handle or I have too many programs running in background...or something bad like that. This fix is planned for tonight or tomorrow.

When i switch to the BO sticks, howl is at lvl 14. That is high enough aint it? I mean i was pulling the howl trick while chaosing last night and it worked rather well. What do you mean you dont know the howl in chaos sanctuary trick? If you howl away the minions and kill Lord de Sies, that lit dude and the Drinker of souls (? is it him) all the minions die off and you dont have to worry about them.

I would be using berserk or conc with the IK maul to actually swing at stuff in trist as the weapons i currenly have for fury do not have CB. However, everyone is telling me to make Black RW to add CB. Well, since i am so situational with all my gear, why not? It would only mean that my stash would then get ever so much smaller and thats not really a problem. So then, be looking for 30s maces and hammers, elite if possible, and I would be willing to make black in 2 weapons to dual wield 80% CB.

Edit : I second spiffys motion to do this at a specific time. I too do not want to miss this as I think this is going to be one big adventure. I forsee some deaths so I also would like to be just lvled, then again, i dont care. We can all baal run with the best of them.

I would also say that I would request an anni and the eth vmagi for prebuff purposes only. Adding 2 to all skills would raise the bo to 35, shout to 16, and BC to 16. Once all the yelling is done, at a WP probably, I would drop the armor and anni for whomever is going to be using them as both anni's should be taken into uber tristram.

I noticed someone, I think Edit: Talga, with a 11ares gc and I was wondering if I could possibly get my hands on that if you do not need. My resists are pretty bad for me in hell so if anyone else has some ares scs that their character does not need could I get a couple please and thank you.

Good, good. What are your resists in Hell with BO sticks out? From my experience, you will be Howling pretty consistently. They spawn the minions and you need to chase them away because the focus HAS to be on the Ubers, not ghosts, goblins and such. The Hammerdin should be sufficient to kill any stray but you would probably not be focusing on killing. Of course, I could be underestimating everyone, which would be pleasant - prove me wrong folks :grin: The reason I also don't suspect you will be hopping in on the action is simply because your cast rate will suck. Your Howls will be slow, this is not your fault - it's just not your build. As long as everyone or most stays standing, I don't think it will be a terribly long fight. But going in with so many people, with not ideal gear - things can get messy fast.

Additionally I don't think dual wielding blacks give 80% CB I think I read this somewhere... Don't recall tho...

@ need a name : noobXdon, if i am not mistaken, has the Ares GC. I also have a "spare" smoke on me merc that would add 50 all res. It has decent def at 775 and a str req of 131 or so.

What are my res when holding the BO sticks? Unless there is hidden res on deamon limb and dangoon's teaching, the same as when i am not holding them. Lemme check.......... Fire res on deamon limb, this is ok as I have a spare 11 fire res sc ......... No extra res on the set mace. So I should be good there. And the cast rate will suck. I am aware of this. However, if there be a problem and a monster or 2 gets through the howling, arent there hammers flying around that will take care of it? We shall all soon see.

~edit~ Tues & Wed not good 4 me. live gaming and softball doubleheader. Of all the pallys, I'm the most expendible, since Spiff probably has Salvation so if it's tonight, Go Team Untwink! Thursday through Monday, just about any time-o-day would be fine wit me.
Suggestion for torch (if Paladin torch drops): Bradtford gets it, since he's done so much with the mules and rushes.

Yes, but you have to keep it going to maintain them at 1/2 HP. Err to correct myself. Meph is immune IIRC, D and Baal can be staticed.

NoKey could be effective if I get the right equipment. My build is designed pretty much for ubers, being the fastest way to dish out crushing blow. I'm just lacking in the CB equipment.

Of course, as it stands, I'm simply a waste of space.

edit: also, the mods on my weap will be very helpful...allow for static without healing, etc:
-50% Target Defense
25% Chance of Crushing Blow
33% Deadly Strike
50% Chance of Open Wounds
Prevent Monster Heal
Slows Target By 20%

guillames, duress, SS would make my day. getting rid of angelic rings/ammy would be swell as well.
...maybe a "black" runeword...but i donno if its worth giving up the fleshripper mods (listed above) for kb and 15 more CB


edit: yea the duress is not a problem. just need to find an armor for it...none on the mules. just a matter of time. other stuff, who knows

No offense taken. Thats why these are called questions. As I have no idea what your barb is wearin. For those who want to know, IK all around cept armor ( duh ) deamon limb + dangoons teaching, Smoke in an Ornate plate with def of 845, +1 WC GC, lotsa little lifer and def charms, +3 WC and MF ammy, Dwarf and carrion wind rings. Switch is 2 swords that have +3 WC. In stash is IK maul, 2x baba's, heart carver, and some "spare" resist SC with other mods.

I didnt see any pro's or con's to the prebuff idea of throwing on the eth vmagi and anni. Was this not questioned or was it generally thought of a good idea and no comment was needed?

edit : @ death - arent you a kicker? Why not take the gores? or what about goblin toes and up them? I mean I will be checking my druid for "spare" gear to hand out to all as he is not going into trist and we are going to need all the help we can get.

One thing i forgot is that I will not need the Cube or the 2 tombs in my inventory. so that free's up 8 squares for me. I guess before we start this I will be charm hunting and hanging onto anything remotly viable. As far as when, well i do recal spiffy saying that tonight is not good for him. Wednesday night is not good for talga and me as Hockey is on and with the possibility of the cup being won, i do not want to miss that game. Thursday is a no go for Talga so that leaves Friday. All in favor of Friday say yeppers.
