that being said, when I'm early-mid leveling a ribby druid, I normally pop on a "smoke" armor at 37 and use that until I can throw on final armor "ie Coh/Fort/Duress" with torch at 75 . It's perfectly well suited as a endgame armor, with it's major appeal being it's A, cheap, B, Cheap , C has a massive 50 all res!
That Weaken Charge isnt anything to scoff at either it effectively gives you 33% Dr. While its nothing you'll use on fodder monsters, for bosses and tough champ packs it's a good mod to have. The charges arent negligble gold, but every couple packs of monsters you kill will drop enough to keep you using it should you desire too.
