Tyrael's Mighty Breakdown - Item Find Thread September 2015

I started throwing some Pit runs into the rotation after looking at my old screenshots and noticing there were a fair amount of finds from there. I've stayed away because of the AE Archer Packs, but they havent really been much trouble until last night. I hadnt died any in level 92, and about 3/4's of the way through a death is not the end of the world, but still aggravating. In my haste I rounded a corner, and BAM, Merc was dead instantly, and before I could react, yep, gibbed. At least it wasnt in Pit2 so I had a relatively easy time getting my corpse back.

I did get rewarded in Pit2 of that run though.

I also found my second 40%MF Gheeds, this time with much better Gold Find, and also a perfect 15% reduced vendor prices.

I got this just a short while ago in CS off a normal monster on /p1. My first Mara's with 30@.

The quality of this game's RNG is even more suspect to me...

Edit: Well, actually it has an item level of 88, so it was dropped by a unique.

Edit 2: Minion, actually, since they share the ilvl of their unique.

Found my only ZOD in WSK.. seems ages ago. (It is, actually..)
That looks like a great layout for AT.. Running AT with my (newish) Blizzardess but It's very far from the WP and the layout is pretty bad..
Thinking of re-rolling Hell maps.
As a side-note regarding runes: found 5 Chams and the one Zod but never a Ber or Jah.. pretty important runes, those (sigh)

The good part about this map is there are almost always 4-5 boss packs in the first hallway area. The bad part is the entrance is halfway across the map from the waypoint, and dark elder isn't on the way.

For some reason I prefer my fireball/frozen orb sorc to my blizz sorc for AT. I think it's because I feel more comfortable with 105 FCR, and my blizz sorc doesn't run that much since blizzard doesn't benefit.

Isn't 105 the Breakpoint for Cold?
I have 105+ (115) FCR, 60 FHR. and 75 block.
Teleporting holding Alt key is no problem.
Some Cold immunes there but my Merc has no problem solving that.
Glacial for CC.
Even ran Pits p8 on my first try.. was hella lucky me and Merc didn't die to might archers..
As a Blizzardess AT seems way more safe than Pits or CS.. let alone WSK ;)

5 Chams, a Zod and no Ber or Jah !? Definitely very strange rng there, yeah. Since Bers and Jahs are so useful, in some ways that's really bad luck !!!

@Treeharl watching ur vid brought back some old memories. I guess there's no muling program for 1.00. Also wat are the attractions for running 1.00? Are you looking for specific items or some godly rare/magic stuff?

FCR would only benefit teleport and frozen comet. Blizzard has a cooldown, so more FCR doesn't help your damage output. I could bump her up to 105 for smoother teleports, but I would lose +skills, MF, or both.

I have an eth GPA I might put BotD in. Maybe make a fury druid? I don't know.
