Wow, high praise for a build that admittedly doesn't work that well in Hell difficulty.
Still, even though it's not that powerful of a build, it definitely is a lot of fun. Especially if you've played a Singer before and realize how short of a range Warcry has, it's pretty awesome to be able to shoot Fireballs, light up Firewalls, and rain down Meteors. Nightmare Cow runs are a lot of fun with this build variant.
It's just too bad that there aren't any skills that can be effective in Hell difficulty unless their synergies are fully maxed.
EDIT: Okay, after some thought, I have to take back what I said before (about being disappointed that this build wasn't endgame viable). Everyone knows that it's easy to get runewords that are better than the elite sets, and so the sets aren't really all that godly anyway. Still, the elite sets can be great gear for characters in their 50s-70s. The fact that the fire skills from this set dominate Nightmare Cows shows that using these pieces is a great option during those levels for anyone building a Singer.
