I have an ammy and pelt with +elemental I need the club right now a hexfire is adding 3 to my firestorm but a 3 elemental club is what I am searching for. The fissure charges is just a bonus that I would really like but on a magical club thats a ~1/300000 chance of dropping both of those together.
