I kind of like that build, Jabari. I think I have to join again and try that one out. Probably won`t start it before Christmas since my Heptad team needs to progress a little further in addition to the lvl 85 Area running I`m going to do the next 20 hours:)

I`ll definately join again with that build, though. The idea is pretty neat. Thanks:)

Hey! Thought i'd enlist the fire sorc Rubor. I will update in this thread since it says that the tourney is still going, although the activity seems pretty low atm. Rubor have finished act 1. Fire ball at lvl 12 plowed through the nasty fellows populating the highlands, and i killed andariel at lvl 19. Noteworthy equipment is Hsarus Iron Heel (from andy) and the Blood Crescent (which was great with 15@res and +15 life) from the smith. I have an ok amulet with +4 mana and 10%fcr and a 10%fcr ring as well, things are looking good. Only the helm is white (a sup white cap w/ 4 def and 15%dura). I predict a fast passage though act 2. Exited after Radament.

Ill update on the items later, since i play on two computers. peace

I'm back in, with another attempt at a Hydress! Onikami is gonig to aim at the build that I was describing before to Thomh (Hydra/Chain Lit), and attempt to kill every monster around before it even shows up on the screen. :yes:

This one is Firmcore instead of HC, as I want a Hydress to hellforge rush with eventually...

She's gotten through to the Lost City waypoint (haven't gone after Fangskin yet), but I had the most amazing drop from Coldworm for a Sorc in this tourney...

Behold!

(The unique is obviously amazing, and the belt is nice as it gives a shot at a Savage Polearm - that one was bad (Battle Scythe - too much dex required), but I got a Partizan from a different belt)

No idea what my points are ATM (too lazy to look), so I'm gonna slot Oni in the table where my other one died.

Thomh: The build is fun so far (having CL is nice instead of suffering until lvl 30) - I think it'll work pretty well!

Update time!
Had some time to play tonight, and Rubor have now finished Act 2. Nothing really interesting to report, other than somenice finds/shops:

GC 17%fr +4str
sc 7%lr
heavy gloves (summoner) 11%mf 25%light res +random mods
rare ring (duriel) 10%mf 22%fire res +random mods

this puts me a total of 21% mf, great.. (usually have ~100% at the end of act 1). Duriel was very easy with the help of static field and fireball.

Sweet....A Merlin sighting. You are missed, and to celebrate I will start that sin I talked about earlier. Mostly because I lost my sin in the Heptad Team, and I generally love them. Don`t know what kind of sin I`m going to build yet, I`ll let the drops from the SUs up to mr. Woodfist decide for me. Ok, it won`t be a trapper as I`m pretty fed up with them.

@Jabari: I hope you do great with your sorc. It`s a really cool build, I surely will try to build one of those in the future.

I checked over the rules and there is nothing agaisnt rerunning so this should be pretty easy. Are we allowed to rerun or did you just foreget to add it or something.

hmm, i think its supposed to be single pass, otherwise it wouldnt be much of a challange... Checking the scores it sure does look like it, as there is only one guardian, and he finished at 82

Hello dlav. Feel free to enter. I listed the Single Pass in the rules, but didn't underline or boldface it, becuase it seems a bit evident to me. Without single pass, it wouldn't be much of a challenge really.
