Have took some time off my grail hunting and finally got my third character to act2. Before Andy she gambled a great short battle bow with 5% LL and 2 open sockets, used the first one with a Ral rune which get the fire damage up 5-30, which would be great in act2.

Well, since my last update I have only played Ormus. He started out only beating radament and has beaten all of Act II, with every thing pretty easy... except Duriel on /players 8 was sorta rough going. I was in no chance of dying, it's just that he killed my summoms fast and he took a long time to kill also. Once in Act III, he cruised through everythnig very easy, and even Mephisto on /players 8 was very easy, with help when I got level 30 THE BIG BEAR! All my characters are now in Act IV, which I will probably play Atma first, because she now has frozen orb and every level things will just get easier and easier.

Another update for Team Eddings! Zedar managed to bone spear his way through Acts III and IV today, slaughtering everything in his path. Bone Prison is depressingly weak this early on, although it did help to distract Izual enough to kill him.

Diablo was slightly difficult, but running around him and shooting off spears, then repeating the process eventually led to victory.

Liselle took up the torch next, and managed to get two parts of Khalim before quitting for the day. She's having the hardest time of anyone, due to the lack of a piercing attack. With her, more than the others, I'm desperately waiting for Level 30 to eventually show up...

[Edit: ...so I played Liselle some more, and managed to kill Mephisto. She had a very, very easy time. Charged Strike makes even the weakest weapon rock. Now I can work on Act V! Woohoo!]

Well, calling it a night, but I did make some decent progress, mind you everything has been done on Players 8, so the melee characters don't go very fast.

Opeth, Level 26, Act II complete (11 pts)

Team total is now 17 pts.

Only new stash item is another Cleglaw's Claw... that makes two... WTG team.
 
OK, I've finally managed to get started, and I had a good run on Saturday & Sunday, taking my first character, Klaudia the assassin, through Act 1 and to picking up the Horadric Cube. Space has quickly become an issue, but that should be freed up a little once I get going with the others. She's done pretty well picking up sets & uniques with no MF (I think I got the names right).

ArcticSiren - This has to be the most depressing character ive ever built.
She is lagging behind and holding up my whole team, they have both completed act 4 but not taken the portal, because they must wait for her to complete act 3.
As if act 2 wasnt long and tedious enough, now shes got all of act 3 to complete.
Ive been tempted several times just to get her killed so that I could progress further with the two characters I enjoy playing.

Whisperwind / Spirit - Both summoners, one a skellie mancer, are breezing through the acts, both running diablo while they wait. (I know, I should catch the zon up, but shes incredibly boring)

Found many low lvl set/uniques, including an eth lenymo.

Well, since my last update the only one who has played was Atma going from level 30 to level 50, currently with level 21 Frozen Orb. She went through Act IV extremely fast on /players 8 killing Diablo very easily with Static Field and Frozen Orb. Hellforge dropped me a EL RUNE :lol:. Once in Act V, I went through it om /players 8 extremely fast as well, killing everything very easily. I managed to get 15 new items during Act IV, V, and baal runs. I did probably a total of 20 baal runs, with about 100 mf on. I havent clicked NM yet, just incase of anything. I also made a "Ancients Pledge Kite Shield" which gives me 75/70/75/75 resists :thumbsup:.

Well, they are all moving along just fine. Walnut is definitely the most fun with the summons and molten boulder is a fun skill... too bad it isn't really viable for an endgame skill. Got one more level with Hazelnut, it won't be too long before she actually has some decent skills. Time to go rock some flayers.

I know what you mean, the amazon is much slower, and has low damage output. But amazons are also very safe chars with the decoy and the valk, and the slowness also adds to the safety, you won't be charging into trouble because you will know you can't get out.In the long run they do start to get more powerful too, so hang in there!

Very good question :)

I would say that once you have killed Baal, you will be allowed to equip uniques/sets/crafted items on your chosen reward slot. This would make killing the Cow King a little easier as well before you progress onto the next difficulty.

During the weckend mainly played with Hera. She uses lightning, CL (both needs large mana quantities) and finally FO. With her manapool she can cast it 5 times :lol: and without Warmth she needs A LOT of blue potions.
Set/Uniques in stash - 23 (with 0 MF runs :thumbsup: ) but no good rares. Especially Athena needs beter bow, without it she goes sllloooowww :yawn: I tryed to gamble one, but with no luck.
Haron has his first revive, but hi didnt need it yet. No NDEs yet too.

I had one stupid NDE with Delon. He keeled all fast with zeal on act1 (1 point as prerequisite of FoH). Things were going fine and I became cocky mindless moron. I started zealing LE boss with 0% LR. I don’t know what saved his life: my reflexes, fortune, good mood of the game or something else, but he passed through it alive with almost completely empty red bulb. I feel so stupid!

So Delon is still alive just because the fortune likes him, not because I have good playing skills. So sad… :(
 
Well I finally got started today with the Skellimancer and boy was it tough. Playing HC for the 1st time is a real eye opener.

He's lvl 13 and just got the outer cloister wp. No nice items picked up at all but I did manage to buy a nice wand for 40K. Ouch.......

Might go back and run the countess a bit for stuff b4 I clear Andy, I can't come back after I go to the next act right?
 
Team the matrix II (Gouda)

Well, the winners are back, progressing at the same leasurely pace as last time. Played all three chars yesterday, instead of doing DIY, as a good boyfriend should do, but oh well..... Made it up later though, but I'll not go into that one.

As stated slow progress and full clears were the order of the day, so everyone cleared the den of evil and reached lvl8+in the cold plains to hire a merc before bloodraven.

After that only the merovingian progressed towards the cloister, finishing the countess.
