Top 14 is nothing but Japanese Pop, I told you it'd be a bit weird, didn't I? ;)
15th is Behemoth, and if you're into black/death metal, you should know about them... They're really awesome, my favourite album of theirs is Zos Kia Kultas, followed closely by Demigod.

Cradle of Filth was the very first band that got me into metal, they've gotta be on my most respected bands list, even though they're rather unpopular with a lot of people. I still really like a lot of their stuff, though their older stuff is a lot more fun to listen to. I've seen them... twice in concert. Once when they were performing with Arch Enemy (also awesome) and the second time with 3 Inches of Blood. There were other bands in those shows too, but not important enough for me to remember.

Ofcourse I've heard of Behemoth, I meant top 14. :)

CoF is good stuff, although I can understand that it is ridiculed many places. I mean, Dani sounds like a growler on Helium. But still, cool music I always return to at times.

I personally really like Dani's vocals, since they're not really death (though he can do death vocals pretty well IMO) and it's just a really unique type of singing.
The music is pretty damn good too, but it kinda sucks that Adrian Erlandsson left the band, he was so cool and was brothers with Arch Enemy's drummer

I didn't know a member of CoF left. But I haven't been updated on them in a year or so. But yeah, Dani has a truly unique vocal, it's not just deep growling like so many other Death Metal vocalists.

But Mikael Ã…kerfeldt outruns him by a mile, with his ability to go from very deep, loud and frightening growling to beautiful, calm and emotional singing. It's awesome.

Ahhh... Opeth....
Yeah.... I saw them live a couple years ago..... I won't say it was the worst mistake of my life because I also got to see Dark Tranquillity and found out about DevilDriver, but I got totally turned away from their stuff during that live show. I left after about 2 and a half of their songs.
I liked the whole death metal and moshing part, but then the switch over to the acoustic slow parts got really annoying when you were trying to mosh it up.

You can't find too many metalheads who don't absolutely love Opeth though, I agree they're a very good band and an awesome listen on album, I just didn't enjoy their live show too much.

I like both sides when listening to them on their CDs and stuff, but I would just think that in a concert situation they would maybe cut down on the acoustic, since everyone at the concert is there to hear some awesome headbanging metal.
