It's 3:05 on a Wednesday afternoon, it's been raining since late last night, and I am bored out of my mind. I'm very slowly working on something that doesn't need to be done today, but trying to stay busy to help the time go faster. It's not working. :tongue:

*looks at watch*

Twenty minutes left, yay! :jig:
 
The wind hit before the rain did last night, i expected to see downed tree branches as usual, well there are downed trees.

I think I've worked it out fairly well today. I have just enough I can do to stay busy for a couple of hours tomorrow morning, then I get to secure early and head home at lunch time. :grin:

I was expecting a bit of heavier rain last weekend, with the storm that was off the coast, but we didn't get much of it. I heard something about a new storm brewing, but I'm not sure where it's at yet.

Too bad I can't send some of this rain Orphan's way, even though we did need it. There's been so much dust in the air the last several days, it was horrid. :tongue:
 
It was really windy here aswell. I expected it to be really big thunder storms or atleast a ton of rain. Neither happend. I think it rained for 20 minutes off and on.
 
I'm not sure how long it's supposed to rain here, but I expect it will continue tomorrow as well. Supposed to be a nice weekend though, which is good considering it's a long one. :grin:
