I remember going back to school after the summer when I was about ten, I think. All the desks in the classroom were covered in the same stuff as that car in the picture.

It was, that year, an English County Primary school. Nothing special. Well, nothing I could prove in court, anyway.

Very difficult goal I see.
It all makes sense now, Laarz was the headmaster and he "interacted with" Loz as a child when he was in school. No wonder they have such a strong bond now.
