Then maybe it can be a rule put in by a mod that disallows it. Instead of a blanket rule over all games, it's per game and up to the mod.

This is kind of an odd request, but at some point I would like to "shadow" a host. I wouldn't play the game and my only participation would be to see what the host sees and to ask them questions.

Odd it might be, but it's a VERY good idea. I learnt a lot from watching a host put their game together and run it from behind the scenes.

You can tell from our QT, that we are still in a learning process ourselves. I actually posted at one point that we could have TC review it as a last minute balance issue to be sure since he wasn't playing, but we just rolled with it. We had to make a few last minute decisions on how things would function and interact because we didn't fully think them through before hand. Its great fun seeing all the pieces play together though and it really is something else when all the pieces move in a way you didn't expect.

We didn't have a party host though? We even had a last minute change from angel being watcher to tracker to avoid that effect if lightning rod was activated.

Also, if you can throw my name back on the mod list again, I don't have an idea currently, but I'm sure I'll come up with something by then. If anyone wants to co-mod with me again, please volunteer, I feel that it makes a great addition in churning through ideas and handling the game process as well.
