I vote Aye with one caveat (and really it's Aye even if people don't want this caveat..): If they are around, posting on the forums and easily accessible I don't think they should be bumped. If someone has to go out of their way to ask them or can't get a response, then bump em down to the bottom.

Let me preemptively bump myself to the bottom of the list. While I'm mostly done, I am in the middle of a work crunch, have a convention to go to, will be moving and may not have reliable access off work hours, and other silly excuses.
