The BEST zealot weapon...?

I'm thinking of making a zealot and I need your help on deciding which would be the best weapon...

-Eth Razor's Edge w/ 'Zod' (low dmg but kickass deadly strike and crushing blow)
-Eth Death's Cleaver (ias, DAMAGE, and 66% ds, enough said)
-Or the good ol' EBOTD (if you choose this, give me a weapon choice)
-Any other OWNAGE weapon you can suggest to me

Well, I have always preferred an ethereal SEARCH FUNCTION phase blade, but others may disagree.

Read Stoutwood's guide. Your weapon choice will be determined by your character goals, play style and your other equipment.
 
well i agree, except about the eth phase blade cause thats impossible, i prefer a rune master to said weapons though on my classic zealot

This has been said to you before repeatedly, but either way, Phase blades can indeed be ethereal if upgraded from an ethereal crystal sword / dimensional blade.

god your are stupid. And i say this not just cause you was misformed but that you do not take advice from other people. Your an Idiot that knows nothing. If your not sure DO NOT misform other people god damn.

...I fail to see anything wrong with what he did, infact he appears to have helped more than yourself.

Maybe I'm a few days late though. :)

Anyhow, I say go with ethereal death cleaver, ethereal razor's edge, or ethereal botd, in order of course.

Check out an ethereal stormlash too.

I'm assuming you are talking about The-Notorious. Where was his flame? He was correcting a mistake that someone else made. He was also unfailingly polite. I also see no edit message under his post. Kindly explain your objection to me.
 
This thread is starting to confuse me. I didn't flame anyone did I lol? I was just clumsily trying to alert the original poster that there is a search function, and that this silly question is asked weekly in here.

So who flamed who? Me brainbox is hurts.

Stout, there was a flame by Ji-Yeon that was deleted. It was the post previous to mine, key part being was.

I was a bit on the short side when I first read the thread.

I have a few weapon options in my stash for my zealot. A few rare phases, unfortunately none of which are eth. I am not too lucky with those. I have a fools/grinding/of quickness phase for conc barbs which seems to work when my ar isn't enough.

Although, usually in pally vs pally or pally vs druid I prefer an eth dc, or eth razors. Both of which have the - defense mod which helps out quite a bit.
 
was this account flaming? sometimes my little brother likes to get on here and act like he knows what hes saying cause he plays like never. i am sorry if anyone was offended under this name, or if this name was flaming it was my little brother more than likely. i will be more than willing to give him a swift kick in the *** for any who he mis-informed or pissed off. i actually have a rare eth pb that i have shown him time and time again that he claims is "hacked", yours is nicer though (especially since it is probably sexy red)

P.S. once again sorry for previous posts under this name i will make a new account so this is cleared up
 
Back to the original topic, which once again has been discussed in depth many a time before, I think many people would agree that a rare is potentially one of the best weapons available, usually ethereal with self-repair, 300ED with the Fool's mod or perhaps just 450ED straight out (40IAS and 2 sockets is nice too).

On the subject of weapn type, however, I will say I dislike phases, as even when ethereal the overall damage is somewhat lacking.
