I went to the community forum... then wtfot. Then I made threads in the commmunity about my thefts... and the pvp forum for thr pvp char to make.

I've got an Amazon question for you guys.

Does AR make much of a difference with Multiple Arrows/Strafe?
If so, how does this fare in PvP? (should it be aimed relatively high, or can an Amazon get away with lower AR than other classes?)

Most bowazons have obscenely high dexterity and a maxed out Penetrate. This naturally gives them pretty high AR. Coupled with Faith and you'll have more AR than you'll know what to do with. :thumbsup:
For PvP, the main bowazon skill is Guided Arrow, which doesn't require AR. However, Multishot is occasionally used, and AR is needed for that.
 
So with a max penetration, fanat/AR% from Faith, a raven frost (maybe)and whatever else, standard gear, I should have enough to hit players with multi in PvP?

Pretty much. I never had AR problems with any of the bowazons I've built.

I was just making sure of that.

I was using my bow amazon on SP, and it just seemed her Multi/Strafe and pierced attacks were missing as the monsters got closer, so I thought I'd ask if AR was a huge issue with zons.

Well... my dad made me get his glasses... in a place they wern't. Eventually he would start calling me an idiot and cuss me out/ so on... so I got mad and kicked. I didn't think it would break.


@kyubi... remember your +dmg/faster run walk charms.... Desynch is at... 150?

Anyways, they more useful then poison damage.
 
Yeah thanks, im not a complete noob.
I know about the Max charms or whatever, just the AR thing was bugging me.

=o Err... max charms? You're using those charms for the faster run walk... max dmg is secondary...

the max damage is the prefix either way you look at it, inertia is the suffix.
Anyways, i'd rather be hearing this from Dave or Dacar or something, one of the main reasons i asked here, you know.

I was bored last night. I am bored with all my games and can't watch the TV shows the wife likes. I need something to keep my attention. I am bored with Oblivion now, Civ 4, Neverwinter Nights is OK, but 2 is coming out and I am excited about that. I need to start something in D2. There is no one to play with on Bnet. Mostly jerks who always run ahead and kill D or Baal while you are trying to quest. Anyone want to start new characters untwinked on East? Or level with my lvl 60 strafezon in NM? I know this is OT but Kyubi already broke the rule, so why not?

last i saw of xenon she was taking her bike out for a ride....i missed her by a 1/2 hour to give her directions to pick me up....i wonder if she has a tshirt that says "if you can read this the ***** fell off"....so around 9:30 eastern...sounds like a plan...i don't think i have any nm girls...i know i had one but i think it was on the account that expired. :cry:

it would be nice to get a bunch of people together...i bet we don't have to twist sirdoofuss's arm to join in the fun.
