My main attack is Zeal and Smite and I will have Fantacism aura, However I am already maxing out Sacrifice and Zeal adds 5% to sacrifice damage. So should I just invest all my other skill points in redemption because redemption gives 15% to Sacrifice damage per lvl, so I will have 3 major attacks with my palladin, Zeal, Smite and Sacrifice.
3 attacks, but they all do the same type of damage, so no real point. Stay with zeal. You will never need sacrifice for anything, unless you like reading that <your name> was slain by <your name>
Or should I just put the rest in Defiance?
It's the only other skill that will really help this build. 20k defense makes sitting in a crowd of mobs a lot more manageable, and makes sure you're swinging your sword rather than blocking with your shield.
And why would I put any extra points into Blessed Aim, when my aura will be Fantasism?
Blessed aim gives a passive bonus to AR, meaning that you don't have to have it on to have an increase in AR, much the same as 2 points in a resistance aura will give you 1 extra max resistance to that element. If you're using grief it's a non-issue, for non-act bosses ITD works, for act bosses use smite for the same effect.
Or should I just scractch sacrifice and defiance and put whatever skill points is left into Smite?
My friend has a pure smiter. He doesn't kill ubers much faster than me, though he does whoop me in a duel, however I can run through the entire game very easily, while he can basically only kill the big guns quickly. It's a trade off.
Another question. If I am a smiter and zealer should I have 2 weapons and 2 shields. One my first weapon slot, should I have ebotd berserker axe for my zealer and a hoz and on my second weapon set, a grief pb and a hoz for my smiter, so I can switch whenever I want to?
If you're using Fortitude I'd be very surprised if your damage with BoTD is higher than that of Grief. BoTD has 4x damage + Fortitude's 3x damage = 7x base damage. A zerker axe has about 47.5 avg, which is increased for ethereal, so lets say 60 base avg damage. 7x60 = 420. Grief actually adds at worst 340 damage per attack. 340 x 3x from fortitude = 1020, and add in the weapon damage on top of that, and since the damage is added directly Grief will hit for that amount at least. If you're going to have a weapon on switch, I've seen 3 main recomendations: low physcal damage, high elemental damage weapon for PI's, Wand with life tap charges, or CTA for BO. I personally use azurewrath because I'm not opposed to popping a few pots while waiting for life tap to kick in from Dracul's if needed, and BO really isn't needed with the life leech and life tap given by the awesome damage of Grief. 2x HoZ's is probably over doing it, but if you got the runes then why not?
