The 1.11 armor runewords

Are they ladder only or not? Sources seem to be pretty contradictive and Im not sure.
I plan to stay NLD, so Im not really sure if I should make them (as useless as they are, it will probably be impossible to buy them); or maybe they can still be made on NLD?

I think they can be made on non-ladder. But if you really want to know just try one. Peace is dirt cheap and actually a very decent leveling armour for quite a few mele builds.

They're ok, only drawbacks are that some runes like um are somewhat high in demand and bit pricey and the fact they require a 3socket body armor is bit wasted on such low rune, when it can also be used on enigma.

The only useless one in the bunch in 'Principle'. Everything else is not bad/decent/good.
