I would lose the extra points in Golems if you get one and spend in Raise Skeleton and your good on skills at this point.

But keep one point in clay golem. That little guy slows the enemy when being hit which stacks with other slowing effects like decrepify or Kelpie Snare pokes by the merc. That combination will slow down act bosses so much that they often can't lift a finger before being defeated.
