Sorc wearing storm gets 70%block?

When i equip the shield i get a 67max block stat. But when i look at it in my dext stats i get 70% block. Whats the deal??

Like omg said, your character's level and points in dexterity affect the final blocking %. The 67% on the shield (in inventory) is the "base blocking" that also influences the equation.

Use the number in your stats screen - it's one of the few times you can find accurate information there.

yep, with more points into dexterity.

keep in mind that as you level up, you'll need to spend even more points in dexterity to maintain (or improve) your block %
