I know this really isn't needed nor will it help the poster out with his problem, but Whoopy in the future could you at least make your posts a little more legible? I don't think abbreviating like to lyk is all that necissary. Sorry if i'm in the wrong for commenting on this but it's really an eyesore to read posts like that.

well, if you want me to i wont no more, but used to typing really fast and i abbr. alotta stuff!

Try to trade your cd:s with the neighbours? I mean, their cd:s work for you. What if your cd:s work for them? Go try it.
Cd-key isn't "built in" in the cd:s, so that is no problem.

1. uninstall d2 totally from ur comp
2. delete ur temporary internet
3. defragment ur computer
4. scan ur computer for viruses
5. reinstall d2 and see if it works or not

if that doesnt work buy a new cd

I don't understand the last part of your post, do your neighbor's CDs work for your computer or not?
If they do, then just see if he wants to let you borrow his CDs and you can use them to reinstall. If they don't, I would follow mhl12's advice. If that doesn't work, I guess you're outta luck until someone who actually knows what's going pn can help.
